Here you will find instructions on how to easily order in our e-shop.

 

In the upper and left bar you will find the product categories that we offer. You can choose the goods that you like. For most goods it is possible to choose additional services .

 

For example, for sticks, you can choose to label the stick with a sticker with your name. Or for textiles, you can print a name or the name of the club. You choose this service and in the note field, add a name or another description, such as how you would like the inscription to be colored or large. We manufacture all products for you ourselves, so it is no problem for us to print or customize any goods exactly to your specifications.

 

When you have selected the goods, you need to add them to the cart. All the goods you have selected can be seen in the shopping cart. In the first step, check the contents of the cart to see if all the items you wanted to order are there. The second step is shipping and payment. You can choose from several types of shipping:

 

- GLS courier service , the courier service will deliver the goods directly to your home address, usually the next business day

 

- Z point mail delivery - this involves delivering the package to the delivery points www.zasilkovna.cz

 

- mail order company delivery to the address, delivery is carried out by the mail order company's own transport service , delivery by the mail order company's own couriers or other contractual carriers is selected

 

Once you have selected your shipping method, you must also choose the form of payment for your order. You can choose to pay by bank transfer (online payment, direct transfer to account, payment gateway, etc.) or you can pay by cash on delivery.

 

Now that you have everything ready, the last step is to summarize the entire order. You can order as a registered customer, or you can create a customer account. If you create a customer account, you can benefit from the benefits associated with registration and you can participate in our loyalty program.
